bojoko Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the bojoko online gaming platform ("Service", "Platform", "Website") operated by bojoko ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access and use the Service.
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers for and uses the Service.
• "bojoko", "we", "us", or "our" means the Company operating the online gaming platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use the Service, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identity document (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or prohibited from gambling under any applicable law.

2.2 Account Registration

When creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Date of birth and KTP number for age verification
• Designated bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported Indonesian banks) for deposits and withdrawals

You may only create one Account. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account.

2.3 Identity Verification

bojoko reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Copy of KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months
• Bank account verification documents
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

3. Account Terms and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods. You must immediately notify bojoko of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. bojoko will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Create multiple Accounts or allow others to use your Account
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or identity fraud
• Collude with other Players or engage in any form of cheating or unfair play
• Use automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate the Service
• Exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for personal gain
• Engage in money laundering or any financial crime
• Abuse bonuses or promotions through systematic methods designed to guarantee profit
• Engage in arbitrage betting or syndicate play
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

bojoko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Service. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you minus any amounts owed to bojoko, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance checks.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bojoko accepts deposits through the following Indonesian banking methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods or promotional offers.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from your bank. bojoko does not charge deposit fees, though your bank may apply their own transaction charges. You may only deposit funds from a bank account registered in your own name matching the name on your bojoko Account.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified with identity documents approved
• You have met any bonus wagering requirements attached to deposited funds
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your name
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless approved by bojoko for exceptional circumstances

bojoko processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified for your VIP tier: Bronze members under 30 minutes, Silver under 15 minutes, Gold under 10 minutes, Platinum under 5 minutes, and Diamond instant processing. Processing times apply during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB); requests outside these hours are processed the following business day.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bojoko complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account or transaction we deem suspicious. Large deposits or withdrawals may trigger additional verification requirements. You may be required to demonstrate the source of deposited funds. bojoko reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bojoko offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are granted at bojoko's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time
• Only one bonus per Player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn; only winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn after meeting wagering requirements
• Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements (typically slots 100%, table games 10-20%, live dealer varies)
• Bonuses may expire after a specified period if wagering requirements are not completed

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bojoko reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close Accounts if we determine a Player is abusing promotional offers through methods including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts, coordinated play with other users, using betting patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonus terms, or any other systematic approach to exploit promotional terms. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at bojoko's sole discretion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

bojoko reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed on the Platform, it constitutes a binding transaction that cannot be cancelled or modified. In the event of obvious errors in odds, lines, or game results, bojoko reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules governing bet settlement, dead heats, postponed events, and abandoned matches. For football betting including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, Asian handicap (locally known as voor bola), and mix parlay (accumulator) bets:

• Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies
• Live in-play betting odds and lines are subject to rapid change; bets are accepted at the odds displayed when the bet is placed
• For postponed matches, bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are voided
• If a match is abandoned, bets are settled based on the time of abandonment and specific market rules
• Asian handicap bets may result in full win, half win, full loss, half loss, or push (refund) depending on the handicap line and result

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games operate according to the rules published by the game provider. bojoko displays Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games. Random Number Generators (RNG) used in digital games are regularly tested by independent auditing firms to ensure fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers and recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

bojoko is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. Players may self-exclude for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account or receive marketing communications.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bojoko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

bojoko is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connection issues, unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security, or third-party actions beyond our control.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Indonesian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, with proceedings conducted in Indonesian or English as mutually agreed.

11. Amendments

bojoko reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Players of material changes via email or Platform notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must close your Account.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
